Require review for Saviour Greenarch, Noida extension

    Please share your reviews about this project. How steady is the builder in realty?? Can someone rate Saviour out of 10 in terms of:
    -Construction quality
    -Timely possession
    -Resale value
    - Loading

    Also do we have any buyers for the project here?? Please comment

    The project is still in soft launch, approvals are pending.

    Saviour builders is partner with Gaur. Previous projects launched by them were good. As per my view, Construction quality is OK. Should be same as of Gaur. 
    Loading seems better. They are giving better carpet area. 

    The project is not yet bankable. I myself booked 2BHK @ 9th floor. I don't have any information for resale and possession.  The expected possession is 2016. With timely approvals and construction, the project can be possessed.

    any stipulated period for saviour greenarch project to be bankable. what is the meaning of balcony size 5 feet wide. please elaborate it.

    As per some sales person, it will take 2-3 months more for getting
    the approvals. They have made changes in the sizes, now wait for the
    authorities to approve the revised sizes before banks approve it.
    However they have applied to many banks. HDFC and AXIS banks have their
    old plans approved.


    Nowadays many builders are increasing the balcony sizes and asking
    for extra charges.This is a new excuse by builders to increase SBA. The
    builders gives 2-3 balconies in even 2/3BHK flats. This means extra
    payment of 1-2lakhs by the buyer. Even 1 percent increase means extra
    SBA of 60-90sft. Personally speaking there is no extra advantage if the
    balcony size is 3.5feet or 5 feet.
