I would requires the suggestion on given fraud case.
I had booked the flat in 7 July 2010 from Rashmi Housing Pvt. Ltd (Ghar ho to aisa) at 2250 INR per sq. feet, Area of the flat is 440 sq. feet. The complex is on Vasai East known as start city (A- F building complex). The builders has promised us for possession in Dec 2012.
Builder has build the A, B, C, F but he didn't build D and E wing where we have booked our flat ( D / 306). Now builder is saying that due to some technical problem he may not build D and E wings and he is telling us to take many back with 12 % bank interest rate.
We had paid - 2.50 lac in cash which we don't have any proof + 1.5 lack against check to the builders. We have completed our registration with builders in Jan 2011. Total amount paid by us 2.40 lac cash + 1.5 lac check payment + 49 thousand for stamp duty and registration = approx 5 lac
I would require your help, what I should do because I am not in position to book another flat.
